You know the saying "mud sticks", well sometimes negativity does. It attaches to us like a second skin, like dirt. During the day, you might have had someone yell at you, had some negativity directed your way, or just not be feeling your best.
The easiest way to clear away the negativity of the day is with a shower!
I LOVE this, and do this each evening with my shower. Nothing like washing away the worries of the day... Its also great for people who aren't great at visualising because this is something you can physically do..
While in the shower standing/sitting, imagine the water droplets coming from the shower head are a bright white light.
Feel this white light water run over your head, down your body, down to your feet.
As this is happening, imagine it washing away all the negativity of the day, all that negativity running down your body, down towards the drain.
Imagine it going down the drain and being taken away....
It's as simple as that!
