In the Freezer you go!

This is so simple and easy that anyone can do it!

You don’t have to have “magical powers” to be able to do a “Freezer Spell”. These are usually done when you want to put a stop to something and put it on hold for a while.

Why do one? Sometimes it’s hard to ignore some people (ongoing gossip, general nastiness, etc), and sometimes we just don’t have the time, or the energy to want to address certain issue, but we just want it to stop. Stop until, we want to address it, if at all.

Simply write the issue or the persons name on a piece of paper, seal the note in a glass jar, and pop them into the freezer and try not to give it another thought. Note, you can use the same jar for several "freezes".

Please note, this doesn’t work for household bills, those things just keep on coming if you don’t address them!

Just remember however, intention alone can be a powerful thing. Whatever you give out can come back. So, make sure your intention is clear. You don’t want any bad “juju” coming back to you.
