Full Moon Release

Full Moon... My favourite time of the month!


It's a great time to release those things that no longer serve us. This could include attitudes, emotions, relationship ties, illness, habits, addictions...


Is there an old relationship you are having difficulty letting go of?

Want help with stopping biting your nails?

Did someone cut you off in the carpark and your having trouble letting it go?

Do you want to let go of anger, sadness, frustration?


I personally like to;


- Get comfy, somewhere I find relaxing.


- Light a candle (setting it up so you can burn a little paper safely) and take some time to reflect about what it is I want to release.


- Write each release on a separate piece of paper (or list it all on one).


- Before you burn your "releases" and release them..


Say it in your head or say it aloud.


Burn them all at once and simply say "I release you" or do them separately "I release xxx"...


If you wish you can also make up your own words, whatever resonates with you!

It’s all up to you and how YOU want to do it...after all, it’s all about you!


Lets be honest though..this isn’t some kind of a magical cure. You aren't going to wake up the next day and everything in the world will be perfect... Some things in life take time and work/healing... But it’s a step in a right direction, of acknowledgement, a beginning.

Don't forget also to pop those crystals outside for a cleansing!
