Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called "energy healing". I use a hands on/hands off approach to healing using the "universal energy"  which is transferred through me to you, to assist with any emotional or physical healing you may need. I aim to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body. Reiki, can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
